The share of Knowledge Workers in companies is increasing continuously. The analysis of data is not only an important basis for structuring efficient business processes or the improvement of work and product quality, but also for accessing new markets and sources of income, as well as creating new attractive offers for customers and staff.

Knowledge Workers currently spend approx. three hours a day with the documentation and approx. nine hours a week searching for information. The data is often solely available in free texts and difficult to retrieve. To evaluate information practically for a company's success, these must however exist in a structured form. Only then can existing knowledge be easily recognized, effectively searched, linked and evaluated.
